Eligibility, Save Lives, Family Benefits

This research compared three messaging conditions to a control and to each other. Two studies were conducted, an initial study (November 2017 to March 2018) and an exact replication (July 2018 to December 2018). The three messaging conditions focused on how anyone is eligible to register as an organ donor (eligibility), how many lives are in need of saving and are saved by organ donation, (saving lives), and how being an organ donor can be experienced as beneficial to organ donors' families (family benefits).  Below are the materials used in this research, along with photos of how these materials were displayed in New Mexico MVD locations.  Click here to see the video packages for each condition.
